Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of new implementations, managing customer-facing and internal projects within the designated area.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers, Customs Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
• Manage complex projects, provide customer liaison, and serve as the key contact during implementation and execution phases.
• Ensure staff understand SOPs and maintain clear process documentation.
• Uphold business conformance standards.

Project Management and Implementation

• Manage implementation projects following Maersk methodology and client requirements.
• Handle stakeholder management within scope and timelines, ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
• Develop and agree on SOPs and internal procedures.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure smooth post-implementation handover to operational teams.

IT System Applications

• Support system implementations and demonstrations.
• Act as a liaison between the client and MCS digital team to ensure project success.
• Guide the Commercial team on IT requirements and ensure successful sign-off.

Customer Process Development

• Support re-engineering of customer processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Promote operational excellence and best practices among staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements within internal and external environments.

Support of New Business/Staff

• Assist in implementing new business activities and communicate SOPs clearly.
• Support training and mentoring of new staff and operational teams.
