Your role:

You will create and deliver world-class service reports and analysis to support business understanding and growth across EMEA's North Retail Region. Our North Region covers UKI, Nordic countries, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Your role is essential for onboarding and ensuring the business is provided with accurate and relevant information, presented appropriately and within a timely manner.

The impact of your role will ensure a smooth supply flow for our retail elements of the business, helping ensure the highest level of service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and relevant reporting to stakeholders within the group.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators, identify trends and patterns, leading to actionable insights.
  • Document and record processes and reporting created once validated and signed off.
  • Carry out in-depth analysis on all performance flows, highlighting inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to understand underlying issues and recommend solutions.
  • Work with team members to implement recommended solutions and ensure their maintenance.
  • Present updates and facilitate meetings to drive improvements in retail operations.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of future flows.
  • Assist the North Europe Order Fulfilment Manager on various projects.
Main requirements:
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills with passion and patience to deliver timely outputs.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce statistical data using Excel, pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Background in optics preferred.
  • Desirable but not essential: advanced knowledge of database management (SQL, etc.).
