Job description

Regulatory Lawyer, 5+ PQE, London/ Hybrid, £64,000 – 67,500 per annum.

THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting a regulatory team in handling casework and matters of professional regulation. It involves managing complex cases, ensuring that decisions align with the organisation's policies and relevant laws, and providing assistance to the Head of Department Operations. Additionally, the role requires working alongside teams across the organisation to contribute to strategic initiatives and projects.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are open to qualified solicitors and barristers with experience in managing a team. While experience in regulatory law is preferred, the organisation also welcomes lawyers with backgrounds in family, employment, or criminal law, provided they possess transferable skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing high volume caseloads.
