As a Change Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to manage people change in technology projects. As a Change Consultant, you will work with our clients, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and support so that the people are fully engaged, the project successful and the benefits delivered. You will focus on building the client’s capability using our broader CE&A 4 Step Organisational Change Model.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
You would be joining the Change Enablement & Adoption team within Capgemini. They are a team of over 70 Change and Learning Professionals working across all industries to create people-centric solutions for clients undertaking technology change projects. Within your role you would be expected to:

Your security clearance
Security Check (SC) Clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years, among other criteria.
