As a Change Consultant, you will work with our clients, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and support so that the people are fully engaged, the project successful and the benefits delivered. You will focus on building the client’s capability using our broader CE&A 4 Step Organisational Change Model.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

You would be joining the Change Enablement & Adoption team within Capgemini. They are a team of over 70 Change and Learning Professionals working across all industries to create people-centric solutions for clients undertaking technology change projects. Within your role you would be expected to:

  1. Work alongside our clients to address the people aspects of package implementations and bespoke technology developments.
  2. Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams and influence at senior client level.
  3. Have at least 5 years of experience working in a Business Change role on technology implementations.
  4. Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity, including presenting to clients and contributing to bids.
  5. Coach and develop our people, particularly our large graduate community.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini, building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment for everyone.

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, developing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, working with ambiguity, thinking on your feet – these will be second nature to you.
  • Experience and expertise in applying organisational change elements in technology-enabled change programmes:

o Stakeholder analysis and planning

o Communication and engagement strategy and planning (including delivery)

o Driving the identification and mitigation of business impacts

o Business readiness assessments

o Culture change work and business value adoption and measurement

  • Involvement in sales and pre-sales activities, including contributing to proposals, presenting, and managing proposals.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK, with opportunities for global travel.
  • Experience with one or more of the following IT package implementations:

o ServiceNow

o Microsoft Products

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years, among other criteria.

Throughout the recruitment process, questions about your security clearance eligibility will be asked, including country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.

What does ‘Get The Future You Want’ mean for you?

We offer a comprehensive Total Reward package including core and flexible benefits and a Peer Recognition Portal called Applaud.

You will reimagine what’s possible: creating value for leading organizations through technology to build a sustainable, inclusive future. You will work with diverse clients, making a real societal impact across the UK.

You will be empowered to explore, innovate, and progress. Capgemini’s ‘learning for life’ mindset provides countless training and development opportunities, including external certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Harvard ManageMentor, Cybersecurity, and more.
