Job Description
We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise of same-day fixes for our customers. We offer a £10,000 sign-on bonus to make the jump! Yes, you read that right.

About your role: We need Service & Repair engineers to join our experienced Gas Engineers team to ensure our customers receive timely help. You will be crucial to our Service Promise of same-day fixes. The base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE — around £50,400 through our reward scheme. Being there for our customers is our priority.
Whether attending annual service visits or handling complex breakdowns, you will represent British Gas in customers’ homes. You will have support from managers, mentors, and colleagues, but some jobs can be challenging, requiring experience across various boilers and heating systems from different manufacturers. Here's what we're looking for: a dedicated focus on outstanding customer experience, current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1), NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating, and at least 3 years' experience in fault finding and diagnosis, including electrical knowledge on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers.
