Job description

Our client, a national loss adjusting practice, seeks to appoint a UK Major & Complex Loss Director to take the lead role handling a small caseload of their largest and most complex losses, whilst overseeing all losses in excess of £1 million and providing support, guidance, and mentoring to a team of over 20 Major Loss Adjusters nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Decide which losses to handle personally and which to delegate to others.
2. Manage existing client relationships and develop new ones.
3. Lead within a thriving Major Loss Division, overseeing complex cases and team development.

About You:

• Essentially A/FCILA qualified with a proven track record of handling million-pound-plus losses independently.
• This is a home-based role within the UK, requiring travel for major losses and team mentoring.

Salary: Up to £90,000 plus a bonus potential of £40,000 annually, car allowance, pension, and 25 days holiday.
