Our OSS Graduate Engineers are our future technical leaders and managers. The programme offers opportunities to develop skills and product knowledge, including leadership, customer interaction, and the delivery of all aspects of the Engineering scope of supply to meet high internal standards. Our OSS Graduate Engineers can also work towards professional membership with a recognised professional body. At the end of the 18-month graduate programme, engineers can use our career ladders and development programmes to further progress within the organisation. Success in this programme will reward you with a lasting career at the forefront of technological innovation.
Our 18-month development programme is divided into 3 modules. After onboarding, Graduate Engineers will undertake two 6-month rotations across different Engineering Business Lines, followed by 3 months at a manufacturing location, potentially overseas, and a final 3-month cross-functional rotation in Project Management or Sales and Tendering.
Based at our modern offices on the outskirts of Leeds, you will learn the business from the ground up to become a skilled and confident sector specialist. We offer a hybrid working pattern, combining office presence with some remote work. During initial training, most work will be in-office.
