As the eCommerce Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven ecommerce strategy to accelerate revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and implement retention strategies that maximise customer lifetime value, with a focus on subscriptions and repeat purchases.
  • Own and scale paid media efforts across all channels, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Oversee email and marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue from owned audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvements to website UX/UI, enhancing the overall shopping experience and boosting conversions.
  • Develop and execute an organic content strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community loyalty across social platforms.

You will need the following skillsets:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, ideally within a fast-growing business.
  • Extensive experience with subscription business models and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong experience in building and optimising high-converting marketing funnels.
  • Solid background in performance marketing and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRO tools, and marketing technologies.
  • Expert in analysing customer data to optimise performance and drive business outcomes.
