Job Description

Resillion, spun out of Eurofins Digital Testing and acquired in late 2022 by Stirling Square Capital Partners, is seeking an experienced Global Head of Sales to lead growth initiatives. The company aims to expand its offerings in Quality Engineering Software Testing and Cyber Security services.

This high-visibility role, based in the UK and reporting directly to the CEO, involves building and leading a high-performing sales team focused on new business development across multiple geographies.

Experience Required
  • Proven success leading enterprise new business growth in the UK, with experience in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, or the US as an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT services industry.
  • Experience in building, growing, and leading sales teams across multiple regions within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to articulate sales processes and strategies clearly.
  • Training in MEDDIC / Challenger Sales or similar methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working in private equity-owned companies is advantageous.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills to develop team performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

The successful candidate will drive growth in Cybersecurity and QE Software Testing, leading a dedicated team of sales professionals.
