Job Description

Resillion, spun out of Eurofins Digital Testing and acquired in late 2022 by Stirling Square Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, has ambitious growth plans. As part of this strategy, we are now seeking an experienced and successful Global Head of Sales to lead our growth initiatives.

The primary responsibility for this high-visibility role is to build and lead a high-performing new business sales team focused on Quality Engineering Software Testing and Cyber Security services.

Based in the UK and reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT Services sector, including QE Software Testing and Cybersecurity. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in personal new business sales growth and in building and leading motivated teams.

Experience Required
  • Proven success in leading enterprise new business growth in the UK; experience in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, or the US is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT services industry.
  • Experience in building, growing, and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to articulate sales processes and approaches clearly.
  • Training in MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience working in private equity-owned companies is a plus.
  • Proven success in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed.

As the Global Head of New Business Sales, you will drive growth in our Cybersecurity and QE Software Testing sectors by leading and mentoring a dedicated team of new business specialists.
