Fleet Customer Service Advisor

Here at Manpower, we have an excellent opportunity for a customer service-focused individual to join our client's team. Our client is a reputable, well-established company based within the automotive sector.

We're looking for people who can support the delivery of excellent customer service at all times. This may involve communication via email or phone, so we need someone comfortable with all communication methods and with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
  • Entering and handling customer data, ensuring processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed with speed and accuracy.
  • Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated.
  • Liaising between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details.
  • Processing payment of supplier vehicle invoices.
  • Responding to email/admin queries and making outbound calls to achieve the right customer outcomes.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Providing proactive customer service with industry and product knowledge to ensure clarity and understanding of customer requirements.
  • Monitoring, diarising, and completing daily administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
  • Sense of urgency and motivation to respond swiftly.
  • PC literate.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

This is a temporary contract starting in June and ending on September 30th. The position is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, based in Milton Keynes. The pay rate is £13.10 per hour.
