Job Description:

Protecting Operational Imperatives (POI) is a key enabler and strategic priority for delivering our Digitization at Scale ambition and Petcare 2030 OGSM. POI ensures that our business is secure, compliant, resilient, and efficient through four distinct programs, including BCM & Resiliency, Information Security and Data Privacy (managed by GDO), Digital Operations through GDO, and Mergers & Acquisitions Digital Integration and Digital Collaboration.


The role of the Enterprise Risk Analyst is to identify, analyze, assess, and provide risk insights and emerging trends across the Petcare Ecosystem, delivering actionable insights for various audiences, including Division and Petcare Leadership teams through the POI organization.


This role will collaborate closely with the Petcare Enterprise Risk Senior Manager and Division and Unit BCM & Resiliency teams to identify, analyze, and assess risks to normal business operations. Responsibilities include providing risk insights, identifying emerging risk trends, building risk reports, supporting the development of risk management tools, and creating clear communication and visualization reports.


What are we looking for?

Education/Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or a similar technical field.
  • Strong capability in data analytics and managing complex data sets.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Some experience in risk management is preferred.

Knowledge/Experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex data clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership.
  • Experience working in a global team, with remote collaboration and cultural sensitivity.
  • Self-management skills to operate with full autonomy and meet deadlines.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and upload BCM & Resiliency risk assessments, collaborating with Division teams for data accuracy.
  • Design and prepare risk reports using data from multiple sources, creating actionable insights and visualizations for leadership.
  • Analyze risk data to identify trends, potential risks, and assess their impact.
  • Assist in developing and testing digital risk management tools.
  • Review the effectiveness of risk controls and support mitigation planning.
  • Use data to identify critical focus areas for future risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other operational risk metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify emerging risks and incorporate insights into reports.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate grassroots risk data with Petcare-level data to find insights and synergies.
