Looking for a new challenge?
An exciting opportunity has just opened up! If you have a passion for the soft services side of FM, this could be the perfect role for you. One of the UK's foremost independent schools with three campuses spread across Hampstead is recruiting for a Site Services Manager.
Teaming up with the Head of Estates, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the school continues to thrive. From historic Grade II listed buildings to cutting-edge modern facilities, you'll encounter a diverse array of challenges. To assist you, a dedicated in-house team will be ready to offer support at every turn.
You will be responsible for the site and security team, consisting of nine individuals, all working to keep the schools operating in a safe and secure environment. This is a management position where you’ll be comfortable developing a team but not afraid to roll up your sleeves when required.
Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations across cleaning and site services.
There will be development opportunities for your team as well as for yourself. The foundation supports CPD and can assist you with additional skills and qualifications.
Due to the nature of the work, you’ll need experience in a similar role, be a great organiser, and have a good understanding of health and safety. If you haven't worked in a school before, don't let this discourage you; applications from all sectors are welcome.
In return, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package including: 40 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays and shutdown days), healthcare coverage, generous pension contributions, discounts, death in service benefit, gym membership, and free school meals.
