Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing town planning and development management activities
2. Leading and managing a team of planning professionals
3. Developing and implementing strategic planning policies and initiatives
4. Engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and the public
5. Providing expert advice on planning applications and development proposals
6. Monitoring and guiding the progress of planning projects to ensure timely delivery
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Job Requirements:
