The Role

You will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from early-stage concept to completion. Working closely with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure the planning process is streamlined, effective, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage planning projects, often complex in nature, ensuring timely delivery to high standards.
  • Provide expert advice on planning policies, strategies, and processes.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and related documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Lead business development, contributing to proposals and presentations.
