Role: Credit Underwriter / Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Fully remote (UK only)
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a digital-first, values-led business that’s already making waves in the consumer finance space. With a growing product set spanning Buy Now Pay Later, credit cards, and business finance, they’re helping people buy everything, everywhere, every day, and doing it in a smarter, fairer way.
They’ve built a strong foundation and are now growing their UK operation, giving you the chance to join early, take ownership, and make a difference from day one. The culture is collaborative, energising, and full of people who care deeply about doing good work. You’ll be trusted, supported, and given the space to grow.
They’re now looking for someone who can help them grow by joining as a Credit Underwriter / Credit Risk Analyst.
It’s a hands-on position, perfect for someone who thrives on variety. You’ll be making real-time credit decisions while also using SQL and Python to support wider portfolio analysis. Whether you’re an experienced underwriter with a growing interest in analytics, or already blending both worlds, this role gives you the chance to stretch yourself and make an impact.
To be successful, you’ll need experience underwriting unsecured personal loans or be an analyst who is happy/comfortable helping with the underwriting side too. You should also have a good understanding of credit risk. Being comfortable working independently, spotting risks, and making confident decisions that balance risk with growth is essential.
