What you'll do:

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps to support the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in establishing a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry. Within the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Delivery organization, we operate various SAP solutions according to local certification requirements. Our small global team focuses on standardization and alignment across regional operations, which execute daily activities based on global guidance.

The Role:

You will be part of this global team, responsible for defining operating standards for applications within Sovereign Cloud boundaries. You will collaborate closely with Development, Customer Success, and the National Security Services (NS2) organization. Your tasks include:

• Defining and rolling out Standard Operating Procedures across all Sovereign Cloud markets
• Transferring best practices from LoB Cloud Operations Teams into Sovereign Cloud standards
• Identifying deviations due to local legislation and minimizing them
• Monitoring process adherence
• Continuously improving processes based on regional feedback
• Providing input to the engineering team regarding delivery requirements
• Participating in customer meetings
