What you'll do:

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps to support the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team. The role involves establishing a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry by operating SAP solutions in compliance with local certification requirements. The team focuses on standardization and alignment across regional operations, executing activities based on global guidance.

The Role:

You will be responsible for defining operating standards for applications within Sovereign Cloud, collaborating with development, customer success, and security organizations. Your tasks include:

• Defining and rolling out Standard Operating Procedures to all Sovereign Cloud markets
• Collaborating with LoB Cloud Operations Teams to incorporate best practices
• Addressing deviations caused by local legislation
• Monitoring process adherence and driving continuous improvements
• Providing input to engineering teams based on delivery requirements
• Participating in customer meetings

• Deep understanding of operations in SAP Solutions such as HCM, ARIBA, Fieldglass, SAC, HANA Cloud
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork, proactive networking, results-oriented
• Ability to work effectively with international and remote teams
