What we’re looking for…

As our Stock Controller for our Northern Region, you’ll oversee all aspects of finished stock in Scotland. This includes managing perpetual inventory and cyclical stock counting to ensure accurate stock records. You’ll plan and coordinate the movement of stock within the AG Barr Group and to third-party storage facilities, ensuring all products are available to meet customer demand and can be distributed efficiently from our Scottish Distribution Centre in Cumbernauld.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Perpetual inventory and cyclical stock counting to maintain stock file integrity.
• Identify errors, investigate, correct, and report findings.
• Ensure adherence to procedures with all stock movements.
• Support warehouse teams with stock-related issues.
• Collate and input all stock reports required by operations.
• Review operational schedules and requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Lead the entire third-party storage stock holding process.
• Occasionally support the Rework function.

What you’ll bring…

• Experience and good working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Inventory control experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to learn quickly and work on your own initiative.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
• A team player with a flexible approach, especially due to the dual aspects of this role.
