Our client has a dedicated Civil Fraud practice, routinely instructed on complex fraud cases across various sectors. The team is recognized for its expertise in investigating and litigating issues related to fraud, including asset recovery, regulatory investigations, and distressed situations.

The team specializes in high-value enforcement actions, freezing orders, and other injunctive relief.

The firm seeks an experienced Civil Fraud Solicitor to join this busy practice, focusing on providing comprehensive advice to clients on legal and practical implications of fraud-related issues.

The Candidate

• Civil Fraud Lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic background
• Interest in handling a variety of work related to fraud issues
