Teacher of General Subjects
Manor Abbey School is a provision for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils with an EHCP for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours. Opened in Abbey Hulton, Stoke on Trent in September 2024, the school initially admits up to 30 pupils across years 7 and 8, expanding to a capacity of 70 over four years.
We are seeking an imaginative and inspiring Teacher to join our dynamic team. The role involves making learning engaging and practical while supporting behavioural challenges. The successful candidate will support pupils across all subjects, with a preference for a specialism in English, and demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of secondary-aged children who have faced difficulties accessing mainstream education.
