Navantia UK is looking for a Health Safety Environment Advisor for Methil. Job Purpose:

To support the HSE Manager in promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and environmental culture within the company.

The Role:

• HSE representative in client and site daily and weekly project management meetings as needed.
• Ensure that every person in the company follows safety policies required under the law.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify ways to reduce likelihood and severity.
• Regularly inspect work areas to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Support the development of H&S strategies and plans.
• Record and review all workplace accidents and incidents for reporting and statistical purposes.
• Stay updated with health, safety, and environmental legislation affecting the company.

Key Technical Skills:

• Experience in HSE support of large projects, particularly oil, gas, and marine projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with processes & procedures.
• Clear & concise communication skills.
• Good understanding of customer requirements.
