Prosecutions Lawyer, Leicestershire, Salary up to GBP 42,320 - GBP 46,000

The Role

1. Oversee a varied caseload of criminal and prosecution matters, balancing court advocacy with advisory work on complex and sensitive issues for a wide range of clients.
2. After completing initial training, spend the majority of your working week in court, prosecuting a broad array of offences and using your skills to achieve effective outcomes.
3. The rest of your time will focus on case preparation.

The Candidate

1. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
2. Candidates must have resided in the UK for at least five years.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make sound, well-reasoned decisions.
4. Experience in contentious law is beneficial, but candidates from all legal disciplines who are motivated to learn and retrain are encouraged to apply.
