We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the successful and efficient day-to-day operation of the club reception and cleaning teams. You will ensure our members have a fabulous experience every day and act as Duty Manager, responsible for the club's smooth operation.

Leading the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams, you will deliver 5-star standards of facilities and maintain a safe, clean environment through meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to issues, and ongoing reviews to prioritize safety for members and staff.

What We Are Looking For

A self-motivated manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and collaborates with the club General Manager to ensure a safe, premium experience across the club. Willingness to learn and utilize training resources is essential.

• Availability to work shifts based on business demand, including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week
• Experience managing a team in a service-led facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sports, or leisure) – highly desirable
• Experience with duty management responsibilities – desirable
• Experience in financial planning and management
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
