The ideal Sous Chef will need to have a blend of fresh food restaurant experience as well as some banking / events experience.

Sous Chef Highlights of the Role:

• Salary up to £35k DOE
• 45 hours
• 3 x 9am – 4pm shifts and 2 x 9am – 10pm shifts
• Happy to take a Junior Sous on for first Sous Chef role
• 100% fresh food, seasonal and as local as possible
