The ideal Sous Chef will need to have a blend of fresh food restaurant experience as well as some banking / events experience.

Sous Chef Highlights of the Role:

* Salary upto £35k DOE

* 45 hours

* 3 x 9am - 4pm shifts and 2 x 9am - 10pm
