About you

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and be highly organized
  • A full driving license
  • Relevant parts experience within motor factors or the commercial vehicle industry; experience within a franchised dealership parts department is highly desirable

What you'll do

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Handling parts inquiries via telephone, face-to-face, and email
  • Proactive sales of parts to existing and new customers, building customer relationships
  • Fulfilling parts inquiries and orders from retail customers and our workshop
  • Maintaining an efficient stock control system
  • Picking parts from the warehouse
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock with key customers
  • Managing administrative duties related to parts ordering and returns
  • Ensuring the Parts Department runs efficiently
  • Meeting customer demands with correct solutions
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required
