The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in the Nurses UK Group, overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting our recruitment team in delivering high-quality service.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of office management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination among staff.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with scheduling, candidate interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Financial Administration: Manage budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Client Interaction: Address client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
