Maintenance Coordinator - York, UK

Salary: £25,600 p.a. plus overtime
Working hours: Monday - Friday (weekend work on a rota during busier periods)

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities across various sites.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related queries.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property, maintenance, lettings, or tenant management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse teams.
  • IT, administration, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, flexible, organised, and hold a valid driving licence.
