As a City Spa Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, providing first-class service and delivering the highest standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments. You should be confident in performing facials, massages, and nail treatments. At Champneys, you will receive excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Having thorough knowledge of our environment and advising customers accordingly.
• Maximising sales at all times to meet or exceed budgetary targets.
• Carrying out spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to.
• Providing professional advice to clients and promoting available treatments.
• Promoting products, conducting skin consultations, and providing full home care prescriptions.

We require you to be qualified in the following:

• Previous experience working in a spa or beauty salon is essential.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
