Job Title: Spa Therapist

Hourly Rate: £14.40 per hour + Service Charge + Tips + Commission

Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite, with stunning city and river views. The hotel features exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art event spaces, and a luxurious spa with relaxation lounges, spa rooms, and an indoor pool.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer high-quality spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body wraps, tailored to guest needs.
2. Recommend personalized treatments and products to enhance wellness and promote retail sales.
3. Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the guest's spa experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new skills into treatments.
5. Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards to meet regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role and extensive knowledge of spa techniques. Qualifications advantageous include:

• Level 3 Diploma in Facial, Body Treatments & Massage (ITEC/NVQ/CIBTAC/CITY & GUILDS)
• Level 3 Diploma in Facial Electrical Treatments
• Level 3 Diploma in Body Electrical Treatments
