A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Macclesfield. This role involves supporting global recruitment needs, identifying and attracting top talent, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The position offers hybrid working options and requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time temporary basis at their Head Office in Macclesfield.
Hybrid working is an option for this role, but you would still need to attend the office 3 days a week (days flexible). Candidates should ideally live locally or within a reasonable commute.
The successful candidate will support the global talent acquisition lead with all recruitment needs. You will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent.
Salary: £18 - £20 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm (flexible)
