Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company. Due to expansion they're looking to recruit an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time temporary basis based at their Head Office in Macclesfield.
Hybrid working is an option for this role, but you would still need to be able to attend the office 3 days a week (days flexible). Therefore, candidates will ideally live locally or within a reasonable commute.
About the Talent Acquisition Role
The successful candidate will be supporting the global talent acquisition lead with all recruitment needs. You will be playing a fatal role in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent.
Salary: Between £18 - £20 p/h (may be negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm (Can be flexible)
What duties will be included in the Talent Acquisition Specialist role?
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates experience and qualifications.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
What will you bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a similar role or recruiter role (agency experience is also fine)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well to deadlines.
- Confidence to support in projects and bring new ideas and initiatives to the wider HR Group.
- Ability to work well independently.
