Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Banbury is seeking a part-time E-store Retail Supervisor for 16 hours a week on a fixed-term contract. You will lead the team, manage daily store operations, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

You will keep shelves stocked, drive KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor and online orders. Piercing services training is provided but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced retailer.
• Knowledge of KPIs like sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store team to achieve KPIs and health & safety.
• Ensure store is well stocked and replenished.
• Process online orders and pick/pack for delivery.
• Assist in serving in-store customers with great service.
• Support training and development of colleagues.
