Superdrug Stores in Coventry is hiring an E-Store Sales Adviser for 16 hours per week with the possibility of extra hours. The role offers a flexible shift pattern, competitive hourly pay and access to training and employee discounts.

You will support customers with online orders, provide excellent service, and be part of a team that values accuracy and clear communication. Piercing services may be offered after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online orders and e-store inquiries in-store.
• Provide accurate product information and help customers navigate online features.
• Support merchandising and ensure store presentation supports online-to-offline sales.
• Participate in piercing services training when offered, to assist customers.
