Job description

Vacancy within the eRoster Team at Homerton Healthcare

A vacancy has become available within the eRoster Team at Homerton Healthcare, currently based at Orsman Road, Haggerston. This is a permanent role, offering 37.5 hours per week, with core business hours from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

While knowledge of HealthRoster is beneficial, full training will be provided after appointment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and maintain shared mailboxes for the service, ensuring all new starters and changes are updated in the eRostering system.
  2. Support users with queries related to system access and navigation, ensuring they understand the system.
  3. Act as the main contact for the service, passing relevant information to the Systems Manager and System Administrators.
  4. Draft communication bulletins to inform users and managers of system updates and necessary actions.
  5. Follow internal processes as directed by the Systems Manager.
  6. Respond to user queries in shared mailboxes to resolve issues promptly.
  7. Share information from clinical divisions with system administrators regarding developments in their focus areas.
  8. Support non-clinical divisions in maintaining their rosters, templates, and staff patterns.
  9. Assist the system manager and administrators to expand your knowledge of the system and processes.
  10. Exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters, ensuring information security.
  11. Maintain excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers, and external agencies in a courteous manner.
