A leading healthcare provider is seeking an administration assistant to join their e-Rostering team. The role involves supporting the system service desk, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing excellent customer service. The department are the expert system administrators of the e-Rostering system and associated modules, including Safecare, ESRgo, TimeClocks, and Medics on Duty. They are responsible for system configuration, support, training, data analysis, and reporting to maximize benefits and ensure the system supports efficient staffing.
You will be inputting data into the central e-Rostering system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You will answer phone calls and support requests from managers and users, providing excellent customer service to help users maximize system benefits.
You should already be proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office packages and be willing to learn about our e-Rostering and ESR systems. Full training will be provided.
The service desk operates Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 4.30, in a paperless environment.
