Teneo is seeking a proactive eLearning Developer to create engaging digital learning experiences. You will translate SME content into learner‑centred modules, craft detailed storyboards, and design interactive elements using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

In this role, you will ensure accessibility, quality, and alignment with instructional design standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality learning solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging eLearning content with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Ability to translate SME content into learner‑centred experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in storyboarding and structuring learning journeys.
• Experience designing interactive learning elements and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal team to define objectives, audiences, and content sources.
• Analyse content and develop detailed storyboards translating complex information.
• Identify opportunities for interactive elements, scenarios, and branching activities.
• Design and publish high‑quality eLearning modules using Articulate tools.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design best practices and standards.
• Transform complex information into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia assets, interactions, and accessibility features.
• Conduct QA testing across devices and LMS; resolve issues as needed.
• Facilitate review cycles and manage version control throughout development.
• Manage multiple eLearning projects to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain consistent branding, tone, and learning standards.
• Collaborate to continuously improve learning solutions and processes.
