Job summary

A technology consulting company is inviting applications for an E-discovery Specialist role based in Reading. The position offers a 6-month contract with daily rates between £550 and £600. You will support an ongoing eDiscovery project by establishing effective processes, creating training materials, and delivering sessions to ensure proper adoption of eDiscovery standards. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days in the office. Experience with eDiscovery management and training is essential.

Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the E-discovery Specialist, a 6 month contract inside of IR35.

  • Reading location - hybrid (minimum 2 days a week).
  • £550 - £600 a day.
The Role

eDiscovery specialist is required to support the continuation of an ongoing eDiscovery project aimed at establishing an effective and enduring eDiscovery process for our client in how they process, identify, collect, review and produce electronically stored information.

Deliverables will include:
  • Production of the Group eDiscovery standard.
  • Production/supporting workflows, processes and guidance documents.
  • Developing and implementing a procedure for tracking all eDiscovery-related search activity.
  • Creating training materials and deliver on training.
  • Develop and provide eDiscovery training including tooling/Microsoft purview eDiscovery training.
  • Deliver business wide communication and engagement sessions to facilitate the understanding and adoption of the eDiscovery standard and procedure
  • Develop/establish an eDiscovery SharePoint site/ hub.
