Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an E-Commerce Specialist to join a successful company based in Crawley, West Sussex.

This role would suit candidates with E-Commerce and creative experience who can utilize their skills in a variety of projects.

Essential skills & experience:

• SEO and content management
• Project management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all online platforms including Amazon and eBay to achieve business targets
• Develop and implement effective strategies to boost E-Commerce sales
• Manage pricing on all online platforms
• Monitor performance of online sale websites and customer data
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve website performance
• Create and optimise product listings, content, and maintenance
• Monitor changes in product sales
• Stay up to date with latest E-Commerce trends
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
• Respond to enquiries from websites and online platforms

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 pa + monthly performance-related bonus scheme + 4 weeks paid holiday + friendly working conditions + pension contributions
