Role Overview:

We are hiring two enthusiastic and reliable E-commerce Operations Assistants to join our team at our St Albans store. These roles will play a key part in fulfilling online orders and contributing to the online store product listings. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and processing online customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handling customer service enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assisting in listing new products and improving existing listings on the website, ensuring accurate and appealing information.

Required Skills:

• A strong interest in or familiarity with fishkeeping.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using email, websites, and internal systems.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, helpful attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Ideal Previous Experiences:

• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or a customer service role. Confidence handling customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
• Experience with basic stock management or packing processes.

Work Hours:

• Full-time including either a Saturday or Sunday, based at our St Albans store.
• Flexibility may be required to support busy periods.
