Job summary

3Search seeks an E-commerce Marketplace & Pureplay National Account Manager to own marketplace performance from Reading with hybrid working. You will identify new partners, build joint business plans, and lead negotiations to grow revenue across non-Amazon marketplaces and pureplay retailers.

The role requires a proven track record in e-commerce/national accounts, strong pricing/promotions skills, and experience with online retailers such as Ocado or LookFantastic.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience within e-commerce, marketplace or national account management.
• Proven history of growing online customer accounts and delivering commercial success.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, commercial planning and P&L management.
• Experience working with online retailers or marketplaces such as Ocado, LookFantastic, TikTok Shop or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of marketplace and pureplay retail accounts.
• Identify new digital partners, platforms and revenue opportunities.
• Build and deliver joint business plans, pricing strategies and promotional activity.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding of new marketplace partnerships.
• Analyse trading performance and use commercial insights to drive growth.
