Role: E-Commerce Executive

Location:Walk London HQ, Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000–£35,000

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Full-time, Office Based

About Walk London

Walk London is a rapidly growing British footwear brand redefining accessible luxury with trend-led design, quality craftsmanship, and a strong omnichannel presence. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify DTC platform.

Role Summary

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running, accuracy, and performance of walklondonshoes.com; optimising content, functionality, and operations across markets to maximise sales, user experience, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Management

  • Oversee daily Shopify operations, including content updates, app settings, and page creation
  • Manage all product listings across dynamic marketplaces: product creations, EANs, setup, pricing, tagging, copy, and metafields
  • Merchandising and seasonal page updates across multiple markets
  • Ensure all on-site content is current, on-brand, and conversion-led
  • Identify and implement CRO opportunities to enhance UX

Platform Integrations & Technical Ops

  • Maintain integrations with key platforms: Google, Meta, Klaviyo, Mintsoft, TikTok Shop, GA4, Merchant Centre
  • Monitor warehouse syncs and order fulfilment via 3PL (Mintsoft)

Inventory, Shipping & Returns

  • Manage logistics partners and negotiate shipping rates (Royal Mail, DPD etc)
  • Coordinate with 3PL on stock and delivery performance
  • Oversee return platforms (e.g. Samos, Reveni) and support customer resolution

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce e-commerce reports (sales, IOSS tax, site performance) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Support commercial and finance teams with data analysis and reporting
  • Flag technical/product issues and track resolutions

Customer Experience

  • Collaborate with customer service to support technical queries and peak cover
  • Ensure a consistent, seamless journey across all transactional touchpoints
  • Assist in executing customer loyalty and retention strategies

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in e-commerce retail, preferably fashion.
  • A proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expert in Shopify Plus, with strong HTML troubleshooting ability
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Confident in managing product data, merchandising, and pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools: payment gateways, CRM, order platforms
  • Analytical, commercially aware, and highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred

  • Fashion industry experience
  • Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Business
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
