Job description

Hours Full-time Monday to Friday, 9.15am-5.45pm, based at our River Street Head Office + Showroom.

Full-time Monday to Friday, 9.15am-5.45pm, based at our River Street Head Office + Showroom.

Content and administration

  • Upload new product ranges, ensuring all products are accurately presented, with SEO-friendly, informative copy that improves visibility and drives traffic.
  • Source and edit imagery for product ranges.
  • Maintain accuracy of the entire online catalogue, monitor stock levels and deliveries, implement new pricelists working with the Web Team, Purchasing, Retail and Warehouse departments.
  • Assisting in the visual merchandising of collections and edits.
  • Administer information to the correct channels and report important and/or recurring issues.
  • Assist with the set-up of online sales, offers and promotions.
  • Assist in actioning daily deliveries, weekly product sales and discontinued.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for select manufacturers.
  • Review and update New collections.
  • Regularly review and update Quickship Lighting + Furniture collections
  • Create fabric, colour, finish pdfs and online spec sheets.
  • Provide a high level of communication regarding orders and enquiries between customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Sales and customer service

  • Communicate with customers in a confident and friendly manner, responding to customer emails, telephone queries and web chat enquiries and complaints in a professional, timely and well-informed manner.
  • Support the Customer Services team with web order processing, arranging deliveries, communications, stock availability and dispatch of orders in seasonal peak times as required.
  • Provide showroom support and lunch/holiday cover where required.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • An enthusiasm for design, twentytwentyone, and our products
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Shopify or a similar CMS is desirable
  • Excellent written English – copywriting experience is essential.
  • An intrinsic understanding of customer service
  • Flexibility and keenness to carry out all aspects of the role
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in selling high-end, made-to-order furniture/lighting would be an advantage.
