Purpose
This role supports the Commercial Manager in delivering a high-performing e-commerce experience while ensuring that the brand remains strong across all digital channels. The E-commerce & Brand Executive will help with product merchandising, promotions, content updates, SKU setup and performance tracking, learning how to optimise a website to drive sales and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Manager with website updates, including adding new products, front-end SKU and bundle setup, updating descriptions and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions aligned across channels.
- Manage the operational aspects of the website, ensuring that all products, categories, and pricing are correctly set up and maintained in the e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with external agencies or technical teams to ensure website updates, bug fixes, and optimisations are implemented correctly and on time.
- Help manage on-site merchandising, making sure products are well-organised, easy to find, and optimally positioned to encourage sales.
- Assist with content updates across the website, including homepage refreshes, category pages, and promotional banners, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure product pages and marketing assets reflect the brand’s tone of voice and style.
- Monitor website performance, pulling basic reports on conversion rates, best-selling products, and customer engagement to support decision-making.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches, helping to coordinate on-site execution and tracking results.
- Help with competitor research, spotting trends in e-commerce, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Metrics You’ll Support & Track
- Conversion rate (CVR) – tracking how website improvements impact customer purchases.
- Product page engagement – monitoring how customers interact with product content.
- Add-to-basket rate – helping to improve how effectively products encourage basket-building.
- Promotion & discount performance – tracking how well sales campaigns perform.
- Accuracy of SKU setup and product listings – ensuring all products are correctly displayed and priced.
- Efficiency of agency or technical resource management – ensuring website fixes and updates are handled smoothly.

- A recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising.
- Someone with great attention to detail who enjoys organising content and tracking performance.
- A proactive, hands-on learner who is keen to develop skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing or content management is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.
