Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedJunior Sales Executiveto support the growth of the brand across the UK & Ireland. This role will report directly to theUK & Ireland Area Manager, playing a key role in bothwholesale business developmentandretail performance optimization.

You will act as a key support for daily sales operations, help identify new wholesale opportunities, manage administrative tasks, and assist in maximizing retail performance across wholesale partners and direct retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Sales & Business Development

Assist in developing and nurturing relationships with existing wholesale partners.

Support in identifying and onboarding new wholesale prospects in line with brand positioning.

Monitor sell-through and propose reorders to optimize stock levels and sales.

Support the Area Manager in preparing for seasonal sales campaigns and trade shows.

Help manage B2B order processing and ensure timely deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.

Keep track of client order history, performance, and forecasts using internal tools.

Retail Performance & Support

Assist the Area Manager in tracking retail KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Help drive in-store excellence by supporting visual merchandising guidelines, stock levels, and staff training.

Visit key retail points of sale when required to maintain brand standards and share market feedback.

Coordinate with retail partners to ensure proper implementation of promotional and marketing strategies.

Work in conjunction with the flagship store manager and the team to optimize sales in the boutique through reporting, events and day to day needs of business.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

Maintain accurate sales and client data, preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

Assist in compiling feedback and market intelligence for internal reporting.

Ensure timely communication with internal departments and retail/wholesale partners.

Support seasonal reporting and analysis for strategic planning.

Help the store manager with administrative tasks related to CRM and identify ways to simplify processes

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in a similar sales, retail, or administrative role (luxury or lifestyle industry preferred).

Strong interest in the luxury home or beauty industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

CRM or ERP system experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland when required.
