Job summary

Keystone Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Applications Developer to join the Business Applications team. You will help develop, support and improve systems central to our operations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related applications.

Ideal candidates have around 1–3 years of software development experience, a solid grasp of ERP processes, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in computing or IT.
• Around 1–3 years in software development or business applications.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, debugging and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in ERP systems and improving processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organisational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related systems.
• Investigate and resolve application issues and support requests.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support design, development, testing and implementation across the group.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party providers on integrations.
• Carry out testing, releases and deployments, maintain performance.
• Document user guides and technical procedures.
• Stay up to date with new technologies including AI-assisted development.
• Travel to group sites and work outside standard hours when needed.
