Role: Dynamics CRM Architect

Overview: The organization is rapidly adopting and scaling their CRM as a key business strategy. The Architect will lead all technical design and decision-making to support this initiative.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and design solutions for successful CRM adoption and maximum benefit.
2. Lead technical design, implementation, deployment, and ensure successful adoption of the CRM system.
3. Work with a team of D365 developers and support analysts, providing task management and guidance.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a CRM architect with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
2. Ability to handle stakeholder relationships confidently.
3. Based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a quarter).
4. Relevant qualifications and education (preferred but not essential).
