Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer to join our CRM team on a 6-month fixed term contract in Cookham. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

You will develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, build plugins, workflows and web resources, and provide 1st/2nd line support, collaborating with colleagues and external partners. Salary £38,000 - £42,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM in development, configuration or application support.
• Experience providing first and second-line application support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization and administration.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, Dataverse and the Power Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile environments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running and ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and web resources.
• Provide first and second-line support, resolving CRM issues and supporting colleagues across the organisation.
• Help manage system releases, testing and deployments.
• Contribute to integrations with other business systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
