Dynamics AX Application Specialist

Up to £60,000 per annum

4 days a week in Nottinghamshire

Brief:

My end-user client is looking for an experienced Dynamics AX Application Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role you'll work closely with numerous business functions across the organisation to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the system.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the business in optimising the use of its ERP systems by being part of internal reviews to identify areas for improvement and lead delivery of the optimisation's.
2. Review and Interpret change requests and business requirements into functional design documents and enable effective implementation of changes.
3. Own relevant help desk tickets and provide user support for the ERP systems, integrations and 3rd party applications across all business functions.
4. Identify improvements to business reporting and data analysis including delivering those improvements or documenting the functional requirements.

Required Experience:

1. Manufacturing business background with experience of implementing and supporting Enterprise systems.
2. 3 years' + experience of ideally working with Dynamics AX2012 in a manufacturing environment.
3. Good working knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain and Procurement, Production, Planning, Customer Services.
4. Understanding of full project life cycle implementation of business systems.

Additional Information:
Please note that you must be based in the UK eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
This role requires candidates to live in a commutable distance to Sutton-in-Ashfield or Wiltshire.
